Cancellation and Refund Policy

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

Cancellation requests are subject to the following terms:

• Cancellations made up to 7 days prior to the scheduled service will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made between 7 days and 72 hours prior to the scheduled service will receive a 50% refund.
• Cancellations made less than 72 hours prior to the scheduled service are non-refundable.
• In the event of a no-show, no refund will be issued.
• These cancellation terms also apply to transfer services.
• Cancellation terms for tour services may vary depending on the specific service and will be communicated at the time of booking.
• Refunds will be made using the same method of payment.
• The Seller shall not be responsible for any delays caused by banks or payment providers.
• All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email.
